London area luxury residential property owners saw the value of their real estate increase by modest proportions, acording to statistics released by Knight Frank LP, but the rate of growth is slowing. Over the past year, prices for properties valued at £1 milion or more rose by 16 percent, but they actualy droped by 0.1 percent betwen July and August. For most of the past 15 months, luxury property prices have increased in London, but Knight Frank registered slight declines over the past two months.
